This is a photograph that I
shot several years ago for the owner (my best friend) to be used
as a template for a T-shirt transfer. Turned out to be one of
those lucky shots that pop up from time to time. It's the only
photograph I ever had published. It was used as the cover shot
on the annual guide to Lake Tenkiller. Not bad for an amateur
I thought.
The boat is a 29
foot Cal and is one of the fastest sailboats built. It has a full
compliment of sails, tons of extras inside and out and is quite
simply one of the finest rigs ever assembled. She gets sailed
year round even if we have to shovel snow off her to take her
out (been done).
